1/2 tsp of salt

1 1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract/essence

1) Preheat oven 200c.

2) Put the butter and sugar into a bowl and mix well.

3) Add the egg and vanilla extract/essence.

6) When you take the cookies out leave them on a cooling rack for about five minutes before eating them.

  1. Oh I do love a cookie, I am just not very good at making them – I always tend to over cook them. My son has just had to go dairy free but I wonder if I made these with dairy free butter they would still be as good? Perhaps I’ll give it a go and find out. Thanks for joining us at #familyfun
