I have decided to start planning my meals in a bid to help save me some pounds. So I thought I would also kill two birds with one stone and join in with the meal planning Monday linky too.
Bear with me as this is my first attempt but here goes…
Monday – meatballs with pasta.
Tuesday – cottage pie.
Wednesday – fish, mushy peas and chips (slimming world friendly). I want something quick and easy this day as I am at college and be pooped! 💩
Thursday – sausage with a tomato sauce and spaghetti 🍝.
Friday – roast chicken with veg etc.
Saturday -chicken and aspargus risotto (made from left over chicken 🍗).
Sunday – Bubble and speak.
Yum yum all this talk about food is making me hungry.
