Spring bucket list

Hey readers,

I do love a good bucket list I can not deny. So, without further ado I have come up with my own Spring bucket list of activities for my boys to do.

1) Plant a seed. ✅

2) Feed the ducks at the pond.

3) Have a picnic outdoors. ✅

4) Fly a kite (more my DS1 due to age).

5) Create a spring sensory play session.

6) Play in the rain.

7) Visit a new park. ✅

8) Blow bubbles outdoors

9) Play pooh sticks.

10) Play with a frisbee.

Cheers for reading X

  1. Ooh I’m going to borrow this list! We’ve already done 2,3 and 6 so for once I’m already ahead of myself!

I love bucket lists, it’s good to have a focus and I’m a huge fan of anything that needs ticking off!

Let’s hope that the weather stays good 🙂

  2. Pooh sticks!! My children absolutely love this, we play it for hours in the stream running through the village where my parents live! The children literally never get bored of it! We have also planted some sunflowers, and had a picnic! The other things are all great spring ideas, I hope you have loads of fun ticking them off! Like you say-its great to have a plan! Thanks for sharing with #bigpinklink!

  3. Great list, and hopefully now we will start getting some dry weather so we can enjoy the outdoors a bit more. I love pooh sticks, my Hubby had never heard of this when we met!! I had to introduce the game to him.
    Enjoy the spring, Amanda. #kcacols

    1. Oh my word, I can’t believe you don’t know what pooh sticks is. It comes from Winnie The Pooh (children’s book) Where Pooh and his friends have a stick and throw it over one end and the go to the other side of the bridge to see which stick wins by coming out first under the bridge. So simple but really fun and it is an actual official support. X

  4. aww Spring – full of promise and hope – a truly beautiful time of year … picnics outside, pooh sticks (love!), blowing bubbles – really it’s all about getting outs from the dark dark winter months of being inside – a lovely post #KCACOL
